Our client wanted to take advantage of these magnificent lake views! This home was designed and situated on a quiet street to enjoy a relaxing lifestyle and capture the endless views. The sloping grade was perfect for the home’s rancher-style appearance at the front. With well-positioned retaining walls at the back, we were able to achieve a flat backyard. The two back decks offer plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying seamless indoor/outdoor living. Our homeowners wanted a bold rich red colour for the exterior siding and then contrasted it with the crisp white garage doors, window frames and trims. Striking and beautiful!
